- Your customer puts their card on file when they sign the quote, the same way they already do at the dentist or the gym. Nothing is charged until a visit is done.
- When a visit is done, that visit gets charged. Repeat customers pay the same way every time. Customers who'd rather pay cash or by bank still get the invoice; you mark it paid.
- The money goes to your account, not ours. You're the business on the receipt. Your customer list is yours too: export it any time, leave any time, and it leaves with you.
- The app is a low monthly fee plus a small card-processing fee on each payment, the same kind of fee any card reader charges. Nothing per user. You see the exact numbers before you pay anything.
Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your customers' full card numbers. If a customer disputes a charge, the signed quote and the visit photos are already there as your proof.
